- Fix Elite mobs not rolling 10 times on global drops
- Fix players getting removed from their chat rooms on server restart
- Added two new headgear quests (Goddess Dahlia, White Flower) - NPCs will not show in map until next patch update
- Added functionality to allow Wugushi's Poison Pot to equip cards
