- Fix issue with Animus Necklace crashing client
- Global minimum spawn delays set to 3~6 seconds (random)
- Absolute minimum cast time is now 30% of original cast
- Added 2000+ slots to Personal Storage

- Removed Cast Penalty from Plate, Leather
- Pyromancer's Prominence SFR 245% + 24.5% * SkillLv -> 140% + 14% * SkillLv
- Pyromancer's Prominence no longer causes Burn
- Elementalist's Meteor Targets 50 -> 25
- Elementalist's Meteor SFR 1680% + 168% * SkillLv * 2 -> 1120% + 112% * SkillLv * 2
- Elementalist's Meteor Cast Time 7 -> 8
- Elementalist's Elemental Burst SFR 427% + 42.7% * SkillLv -> 342% + 34.2% * SkillLv
- Elementalist's Electrocute Bounce Range 150 -> 80
- Paladin's Restoration Heal Factor 150% + 15% * SkillLv -> 50% + 5.0% * SkillLv
- Paladin's Demolition cast time 4s -> 2.5s
